Leadership

Nursing Infusion Centers of America is led by President Kenya Blane, RN and Medical Director Dr. Geron Sheppard.

Kenya is a registered nurse who is passionate about infusion therapy and positive patient outcomes. She prides herself on being a visionary leader dedicated to ensuring NICA demonstrates and maintains a commitment excellence.

While her career in healthcare began as a maternal health nurse, Kenya leverages more than 15 years of infusion therapy experience to lead NICA, the preferred choice for infusion centers in California.

A driven and award-winning entrepreneur, Kenya launched and co-founded Infusion Partners 360, a Joint Commission Certified, community-based nurse registry in 2016. The company is one of the few to achieve this certification status in the Southwestern United States.

Kenya earned her Bachelor’s of Science and Executive Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from University of Southern California and is currently working on her advanced degree, a Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
