Leadership

Nursing Infusion Centers of America is led by President Kenya Mills, FNP-C, EMHA, and Medical Director Dr. Geron Sheppard.

Kenya is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is deeply passionate about infusion therapy and achieving positive patient outcomes. She is a visionary healthcare leader dedicated to ensuring NICA consistently demonstrates and maintains a commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational integrity.

While her career in healthcare began as a maternal health nurse, Kenya brings more than 20 years of infusion therapy experience to her leadership role, guiding NICA as a preferred choice for high-quality infusion services throughout Southern California.

A driven and award-winning entrepreneur, Kenya earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), along with an Executive Master’s degree in Health Care Administration, from the University of Southern California. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and continues to advance innovative, patient-centered models of care across the infusion and specialty healthcare landscape.
